Just found the forum after searching the net for average cycling speeds, had a look around and thought I'd join.
My name is Andy and I live in a village near Lincoln, after buying a Boardman Pro Hybrid back in November I finally managed to get off my lazy bum and cycle to and from work today, now I have a sore bum instead!!

Didn't take the bike today as I had to get home in time to go to the post office.
One parcel was some bar ends and the other some SPD shoes (unfortunately I fell fowl of Ebay and now have road shoes instead of the MTB style I wanted)
