Good Afternoon,

I am 26 years old, and am an amateur cyclist....been riding around 1 year....

working towards the way of the roses coast to coast in may this year. I have organised an event that 14 cyclists including me are participating.

Any hints or tips on nutrition would be greatly appreciated.

Andy

welcome to the forum,

I'd say unless you are trying to lose weight, eat well before you set off - stuff like porridge is good, bung some food in your back pockets, and eat and drink regularly, don't wait unti9l you're hungry - it'll be too late

of, and regarding the forum, stay away from any threads about:

politics
climate change
speed limits

and you'll do fine
