Hi all , just thought i would pop in and say hello !
Trying to get back into cycling by commuting so i was glad to find this site ,seems a lot of good advice being flung about here . Cheers !

Welcome - how far is your commute? Have you started yet?

About 8 miles there and back.
No i was gonna build up the distance on the cycling machine first .
