Hi from Biggin Hill

Hi everyone
Been registered since 2008 but lurking on the sidelines. Started cycling again in 2005 after stopping smoking and weight ballooning to fourteen and a half stone. Now down to just under 12 stone and thoroughly hooked into the cycling thang. Thought it rude not to introduce myself.
