I'm trying to get/stay fit and ride a Van Rysel EDR 105 around South West cambs.

Hi and welcome! I sometimes get as far as Cambridge, at least on particularly energetic, and fair weather days. Although sometimes I have to get the train back if I'm honest.

Similar(ish) location to me - Longstanton here.

Lots of very flat areas to the north... Grafham Water and back is nice ride (but round it if on a road bike!)
