Hi from Cheltenham

Hi all , currently ride a boardman hybrid comp for work , but am impatiently waiting for the arrival of my new Giant Defy 1 black/red.
Getting it through the ride to work scheme so the wait for the cirtificate for purchase can be painfully tedious!
Anyway haven't ridden a road bike for 20+ years so hopefully I've chosen wisely .

Finally get my hands on the bike tomorrow from Roylan cycles Cheltenham

Gonna do a steady 20m on the new stead this morning . First impressions very impressive. Just the rider now that needs to trim up .

You must be in better shape than me, mind you that's not hard LOL. Mo st I've done in 3.9 miles, am working on building it up slowly and finding places to go

Ended up doing 39 miles . Bike is great ,legs not so great. Rode to bourton on the water , top route
