Hi, I'm trying to get a bit fitter on a cheap old mountain bike that rattles your brain with every bump. I used to ride a road bike (Trek 1500slr) but knee injury stopped me for a few years. Nice to be here... hello

Hello and welcome . Cornwall is a tough place to start cycling with all the hills but you will get fit quicker than just doing flat rides
