Hello all. I'm Steve from Cornwall and am returning to pedal power as another fighting the middle aged spread

I have returned to my youth with an old Carlton Pro-Am12 still a lovely ride all these years on. I also have an ageing mountain bike (what is known as a "BSO", I believe) for following my Springer Spaniel on off-road trails. It took a while to be able to outrun the dog but seems a good way to get a little endurance back.
