I'm on a hybrid on a bkool pro 2 since February this year. Practise is a bit sporadic but even so, noticed my stamina has improved and, along with healthier eating, I've dropped a stone! One more to go to hit my target!

I pootled around Caernarfon castle this evening. Only 7.1 miles but finished sweaty and panting. I seem to sprint the last half/quarter mile. Had the pleasure of some anonymous company which spurred me onwards.
I do enjoy the snow canyon ride in utah, especially in this heatwave.
