Hey,

I've signed up here as i'm getting really into cycling and want to learn more/meet like minded peeps/find local rides etc.

I'm currently up to about 30 mile rides with no issues other than a bit of a sore bum! However i've just signed up to cycle London to Paris in Sep for Amnesty International. Eeek
I'm slightly panicking but very much looking forward to it.

I'm riding an upgraded cannondale cad2 r600 road bike which so far has been a really nice ride but I may buy something newer before the race if money permits.

Leeds here too. There are some great rides going north and east. probably south and west too but seeing as I'm already north of the city it's easier for me to stay this side of the city.

Atm the rides i'm planning are a little shorter than i'd like cus my riding partner is only just beginning but i'm sure a month or two in and we'll be needing ideas for much bigger rides
