Is that the hill over to Glyn Ceiriog? I started working in the Glyn a few months back and have cycled over to Llan and over the pass home....lung bursting coffee fueled

Yeah thats the one. I ran up it thursday, almost all the way to the top without stopping. Im not much of a runner though.

hello from a Gog in exile daahhn saaarf ( and not in the valleys) . long time since i MTBed in N wales properly . only place i know is 10 mins from you - Coed Llandegla.

I did ride from Pen-y-fford over the Cymau to Minera then up to Worlds end and down to Llan on a MTB once. that was good fun

Im up llandegla most weeks. Im blessed with some beautiful countryside on my doorstep and one of the best trail centres in the uk 20min away.
