Hi I'm Kris aka Ern live near Dartford Kent don't ride that often but do like going out for some air with my wife and kids on the bikes occasionally but me and the missus both unfit and both suffer dodgy knees so don't go mega miles but 10-20 ish mile ride is enough with bad knees ☺
