hi from newbie in suffolk

Hello, I live in halesworth and am into cycling of many forms: off road and on road. Ive just come back from 4 months solo cycle tour of SE Asia and loved it. Totally bitten by the touring bug now and am constantly planning where to go next. In the meantime I am enjoying the suffolk country lanes. My only problem is I keep crashing! Am recovering now from my fourth crash in three years. This time with whiplash feeling sorry for myself coz its brilliant cycling weather! Enjoy it for me
