Just joined the forum as have been cycling seriously again for the last 12 months or so. Doing 2 sportives this year one in May and one in June. Play a lot of squash during Aug to April so cycling through the summer is fantastic to keep the fitness up and luckily living on the edge of Newcastle have easy access in to the wonderful countryside of Northumberland.
I am interested in getting better as a cyclist and especially the diet etc of a good cyclist as quite frankly my eating and drinking habits are pants!!!
Unfortunatley due to young children my on road time tends to be very early morning or evening plus the occassional Sat or Sun run. Still trying to do 100 miles plus per week.
