I was ready for my legs and back to ache but not my arms

I was ready for my legs and back to ache but not my arms
, keep them guessing, like myself.


If you are new to cycling thing just need to toughen up to get used to things and your back muscles to get stronger but if ache continues something will be wrong with your set up, perhaps you are putting too much weight on the bars and need to bring them towards you (or your saddle forward) or raise them so you can sit more upright and depend less on your spine muscles.
