Complete and utter noob here. Bought myself a Kalkhoff Tasman pedelec as I need to improve my activity - poor health check results May be a bit late in the day ar 62 to start this sort of thing but hey . . .

Nice cycle cafe at Greystoke, and nice cycling in that area - north of the A66 and west of the motorway.

And when you can cycle up to the cafe at Hartside, you'll know you've made progress - it's not as hard as it might seem, as long as you have low enough gears!

I think I will get my suspension post sorted first But I think Hartside may be a while yet!
