Hi all,
i have just joined so here is my first hello. So i am an ex-pat living near the Alps which is good. I try to commute 1-way home every day when there is no snow and at weekends go off into the big hills for some mtbing.

Welcome - I love Switzerland. A Swiss friend of mine has a motor on her bike to cope with the steep hill up from the valley to her house (mind you she is in her 60's now).

Yes funny you should say that - my first experience of these electrc motor bikes was on my commute home in the summer. A fit young person overtook me up a steep hill - I thought this this was not real riding.
