Hi all I'm Allen from the IoW. I'm 31 and started getting into cycling about 6 weeks ago. So far I'm loving it. Or I was until 2 evenings ago when I was knocked off by a car. So at the moment no cycling for me. (I will find the right forum to discuss this as I'm after some advice).
I also use the app strava to track my progress which I find motivates me to try to do more on the next ride.

Thanks guys. I dont feel put off at the moment but will probs avoid the road for a bit when I'm back on it.
