I can't believe I have not found this wonderful forum before, TBH I stumbled across it as I was looking for information regarding a training schedule to help me get back on the bike after just having stents fitted, due to an Angina attack, I have found some really useful advice so far on here.
Anyway cant wait to get stuck into the forum and start clocking up the miles again.
