Hi all.

Looking to get back into cycling after not doing any for about 5 years! Going to be looking for advice starting off as I have no bike and my last bike was a cheap mountain bike which I ended up using only on the road! So basically I have zero knowledge on road bikes.

Thanks all in advance for helping me with probably some very basic questions!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Started a thread in what I believe to be the relavent section about a new bike but not having much response at tho moment! (Edit. I have had replies since I last looked)

Been researching more myself though and I'm kind of upping my budget all the time! Bikes I've been liking the look of are the Boardman carbon and the Cube peleton race. They are more than I was looking to spend but hey ho!!!

Does anyone have any thoughts on the above or maybe some comparable bikes slightly cheaper?

I really don't want to buy a bike and want to upgrade immediately...
