Hi, new member in London

Hi everyone.

I'm a 38 year old commuter who has had a long break (about 8 years) from cycling, I rejoined the scene a couple of weeks ago. I used to be a road racer, doing 10 mile TTs mainly.
I now own a Trek 7.3FX hybrid, bit uprated (self done) with Tortec mudguards, Tortec Tour rear rack and Altura Arc panniers. I only cycle about 30 miles a week, mainly getting to work and doing shopping.
I aim to do a bit of mild touring in the near future.

My main aim here is to get ideas on equipment and servicing, and of course to shoot the breeze.
