Hello all,

I'm currently pootling around on a 15 yr old mountain bike/hybrid thingy but am planning on taking advantage of my company signing up to the cycle to work scheme and purchasing a new bike.

I have been lurking on this forum looking for some ideas and will probably be asking some questions when I am ready to bite the bullet.

I'm going to be using it for a year round commute (only 3 miles each way), so was thinking a cyclocross bike, but haven't ruled out a road bike yet.

My current favourite is this:
