yeah I'm normally 70-100rpm. From what I gathered from many years of reading threads about cadence from amateurs, pros, experts, I've surmised that there is no "best" cadence. Do what feels right for you, and if you have a powermeter use it!

I have managed to increase my average cadence this year from 75rmp to 83rpm - I changed the display on my Garmin from Av speed to RPM as the main display.

Spinning classes at the gym?
Been doing these for a few months now, when I started I'd struggle to get to 130, now I can get to 160 for short periods and hold 140 for several minutes at a time.
Oh yes, and my legs are 53 years old.
