I purchased a high viz waistcoat from Poundland a local pound shop,I think this is the best bit of kit i have bought, a friend of mine recently passed me when he was in his car,
and told me he could see my bright waistcoat from quite a distance,
should they be made compulsory for cyclists, after all its not that they add any weight to a cyclist and you can wrap them up in a small bag and would take up no room in your cycle bag.
