Highlights of your commuting year.

Highlights must include cycling in through the snow on my ancient MTB as there was not much traffic and the virgin snow was easy, cycling home over frozen slush was a bit less pleasurable.
I have been a bit more constant in my cycling commuting and hardly ever use the car or public transport, roadracer mudguards making rain nearly enjoyable.
Non commuting highlight has to be the Dunwich Dynamo. I can't wait until the next one.

Seeing a Kingfisher
Seeing four signets growing up with their parents.
First full year commuting.
Stopping at nice pubs on the few nice summer evenings.
Deliberately going the wrong way or overshooting my destination just to get more of a ride.

Getting of my very fat ass and start cycling again.
Turning a 2 miles in 20 min living of ibuprofen , to 8 min cycle (traffic permitting) with no aches or pains.
And today, cycling on tow paths

HiLite: Getting a bike bargain off ebay: Focus Izalco with SRAM Red and riding like a tit aound the locale.

LoLite: Falling off the MTB on my commute out of action for two weeks.
