Hinged handlebar stem for Challenge Fujin sl-1

I have a Challenge Fujin sl-1 which has a fixed handlebar stem (above seat steering). I have to slide in and out and advancing years are creeping up on me. Has anyone found a hinged handlebar stem that would flip forward like that on the USS HPV Streetmachine or similar so that I don't have to slide in and out anymore?

Nazca do (or used to do) a hinged stem. As do Performer. Maybe worth checking in with Dave Gardiner at Laid Back Bikes in Edinburgh as he has sold Nazca, Performer and Challenge bikes and parts.
