I was thinking about that the other day on a saturday a choice between crap black & white films or wrestling or horse racing, the only decent thing on was swap shop !!!!

I remember my parents getting one like this, the future had arrived

It even had a remote control ............ ME !!!!!!!

Yes I remember them, when the TV died people would turn the stands into coffee tables. Some of the old valve sets put out that much heat that people could turn the heating down.

Well, at least in the old days you only had a choice of three channels...

We had 4 when I was a kid. The bloke from Rumbelows gave us two BBC2s for some unfathomable reason.
