What a day, it started off cold so the run up to Crystal Palace warmed me up.

I tried a new vantage point which was not too good for the arrivals but caught them right on the corner

of Church rd.

Adam joined me at Purley which was a relief coz I didn't fancy a solo run, and we were off.

Once again there seemed to be a receding amount of lorries, I stopped 1 of the marshals who was selling programmes

and he said there where 180 entrants the same as last year.

We didn't stop at Crawley for brunch and neither did the lorries so we were very early joining Shadow his ride was very

short. Brighton by 12.15 was very warm, a very nice day this years route bypassed Gatwick and Crawley and seemed to

be shorter and less hilly Thanks Adam and Shadow
