Hit by a car yesterday...

I was cycling and this car out of nowhere came out of a road and hit me straight in the side. I managed to save the bike from going under by lifting it with my legs, but the result is a swollen ankle, bruised hip and dislocated shoulder from the impact of the car bonnet. This winter, my bike is going to be lit up like a Christmas tree!!!!!!

Unfortunately, no. My mum asked me to go get the electric, didn't think I would be hit by a car going 4 minutes down the road. I did have my helmet on, though and it saved me from hitting my head as it now has a dent in it.

Seems there is something in th eair recently...two of my friends here hav ebeen hit as well...one broken collar bone and one brain injury ...dont get me going on poor drivers today..i had enough of them recently.. two very very near misses for me the day before yesterday as well.

The bike is fine, just my break leavers have been cracked, so had to use some super glue on them.

Lol. It was my mums area and a very small closed off road. I know, I should have had the camera, I was disappointed in myself.
