I don't know how reliable this story is but it's frightening if it is. It seems to be about wealthy drivers accidentally hitting poorer people then deliberately finishing them off so they have to pay less compensation. What they need is a Communist revolution ...

How that country with its lack of workers and peasants rights can call itself a "communist workers state" is beyond me! Some have extreme wealth others root in bins and live in ramshackle houses. Bloody hypocrites!
