Hi, I recently got a Hobbs frame, fork stamped 18858 & A0158
Left dropout stamped A 0158
BB stamped 18858
Does anyone familiar with this make know the date from these no's. Just joined the forum, thank you in advance.

Hobbs of the Barbican in London. Not too familiar but I know their frames are sought after so I think you’ve got a bit of a Classic there. Here’s a little about them:

Thanks classic 33. Very interesting, it would seem my frame was built January 1950
