Spent a few hours at Hog Hill in Redbridge with the camera. Playing with the manual settings, Got a few good ones, but need a bit more practice. Will try again when it's a bit warmer, i will be a bit more inclined to play around a bit more, Thought i would post them anyway. Enjoy.:okay:

You've got plenty of opportunity to learn the art of panning. Stand with feet apart facing slightly in the direction of travel, twist round towards the approaching riders, follow then frame them with space ahead of them and shoot while panning smoothly through. You will get nice sharp riders and blurry backgrounds.

Playing with manual settings is the fun part of photography ! I find it annoying when the shots are just ok and some unuseable but when you get the good shots it makes it worth while .
What kit are you using ?

I picked up a few old film lenses for my nikon . They dont work with the camera motor but they still fit and are a hell of alot cheaper . Its all fun .

In the past i have played with a few cheap Cokin filters, But not with this camera, I used to have a 35mm Minolta X 300 many moons ago.
