Number placement and in 2 groups doesn't look like a Holdsworth serial. It there another number elsewhere on BB? Dropouts? Fork stem?
Hmm.... curved chain stay bridge... Lugs do look similar to Bill Hurlow's "Superbe" or No1 with Fleur de Lys pattern and from when he built for Condor in 50's to 60's.
