HI all,

Managed to take a few photos last night, please see attached:smile: The saddle is a Madison one DSCN1235.JPG DSCN1239.JPG DSCN1241.JPG DSCN1244.JPG and has seen better days, but it's quite comfortable!

Nice work. Those Holdsworthy era machines are very comfortable. A good coming together of materials, design, and geometry. Ride one and its easy to see why they were so well regarded in their day.

Thanks, it has cleaned up quite well. The front derailleur is a bit bent though, does the job but needs replacing. I have both a Suntour VX and Campo Gran Sport at home, I guess the Suntour would be better as I think the Gran Sport was produced in the 60's, so might not go that well?

Campag relaunched the Gran Sport in 1978, might be the same age as the VX and better built

Having had a look I think mine is an earlier model, so I guess is from the 50's! It looks exactly like the Gran Sport in the comparison photo's v the Valentino, so it's definitely going on the Falcon Cotswold:smile:
