I think it's spam. And I've pushed the report button.

If its spam, what is it advertising? Tis curious though that the thread kicks into life again after so long. I can't believe someone is reading through and just catching up on posts that old.

I always address any letter of formal complaint to the Chairman, writing the words Chairman's complaint on both the envelope and the letter inside. I have never not been satisfied with the response when using this method. It came about after some friendly advice from a QC many years ago.
