Is it a good way to highlight the problems of homelessness, or a waste of £25,000 to get it ?


I'm not a religious person but since I was in the city centre today I had a look.

Have to say I liked it.

No homeless person would leave their feet uncovered like that. Difficult to keep warm with so much surface area radiating your heat away.

It would have been nice if the seat was a shelter so someone could get a dry kip under the big man.
