Household/food vinegar isn't concentrated enough. It might get some of them, but not all.

I've not tried it but keep meaning to variations on vinegar-acetic acid but at weedkiller concentrations. Not hard to find (eg Amazon) eg https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=acetic+acid+weed+killer

I've been told it is very fast acting unlike glyphosate but also that it doesn't kill the roots well so you can get regrowth. But my brother used a load to clear a pedestrian area when he couldn't use glyphosate as next to an important water source (reservoir) and he commented it had lasted over a year.

But no personal experience (yet) so just repeating what others have told me,

Postie, try brushing salt into the cracks, as in de-icing salt, the one you get from the council bins on your road, or you can buy bags in B&Q.
Use it when it's going to be dry for a few days.
The salt will kill all vegetation, so do not spread it near plants you want to keep.
