The complainants clearly have nothing better to do than to watch the grass grow.

Perhaps they could paint their fence and watch the paint dry as a more dramatic alternative activity.

You have to read to the end to discover that he had been told three times that this would happen if he didn't pay up.

It's a typical abdication of responsibility of parents.

My school was pilloried for the death of a pupil who'd not attended school for several months for not raising the alrm stidently or ferequently enough. The fact that her mother hadn't seen her for six weeks and had not reported her missing before her body was found was brushed aside. Her mother's profession? - Social worker.

I'm so glad that I will not be held to account for other folks failings from the end of July.
