I had no idea I was such an eccentric. As for porridge, for me it is 50/50 milk water and a dollop of golden syrup! But that is winter only.

My great gran used to make a cup of tea to pour over her cornflakes. She'd then let it go cold before eating.

The above options all sound positively sensible after that.
