I'm not worries about the evacuation of Leeds - it's my bowels that are of immediate concerned to me.
I've currently got it in the corner of the shed behind sandbags topped with barbed wire.

Difficult to describe the sensation, but a tiny, tiny amount on the tongue triggers what feels like an instant thermo-nuclear reaction in the mouth.
The intensity then grows rapidly until you're convinced that your tongue has simply evaporated. Only you know it hasn't as the burning simply grows stronger by the second.

There's a chilli shop in Brighton Marina that sells lots of those sauces as well as obscure dried chillis and seeds and other capsicum-related paraphernalia.
Those are for wusses. What you need is Blair's 16 Million Reserve.
