There's no chain at all, we've moved out already and the lad buying is a first time buyer.

I moved in that situation about 9 years ago. Took about 7 weeks from accepting the offer to moving into the new place!

All paperwork on my side is now in place, have paid £50 for something and now we have to wait for their solicitor to get back to us.
This side of christmas would be good.
