How best to go about buying a carbon frame?

It has occurred to me that I've got pretty much all I need to make a carbon bike except the frame. How or where is this best done? I've heard tell of fairly good frames from China, not top end but not too shabby either just without a branded name. The whole carbon thing is another planet for me so I welcome all comments and direction.
Time wasters most welcome.

I would pay the extra for a cheap planet X one just so I don't have to put up with the horrible carbon weave on show.

Ribble look prettty good for a cheapish option, i went for a cervelo frame, best purchase i have ever made.
