I like the Jordan's Organic Chunky ones..
Same as that, only for a bit of sweetness I add St Dalfour jams (they use fruit juices instead of suggar), especially the Black Currant one. Sometimes I chop fresh fruit (strawberries or bananas are my favorites) and a bit of milk.. Nuts are nice as well, especially walnuts (in that case a bit of cinnamon and honey is a must!).
Ditto on the jam - same brand in fact - only I go for the raspberry!

Christ! Thank God I came along to put a stop to all this nonsense. I know how Alan Partridge feels about Bond movies now. Soya milk??? Yoghurt????? Chocolate spread?????????? The correct answer is pinhead oatmeal, soaked overnight in water, pinch of salt. Brought to boil and simmered for about 10 minutes. Brown sugar in and/or on it if you like. Cold full-cream milk on top. 3BM is allowed quinoa instead of oats, but that's because he's a middle-class twat.
