How Do You Take A SunTour VX rear derailleur apart?

Hey, guys. Besides my 1st original SunTour VX derailleur, I have two new ones. Sadly, the cage for the first replacement one broke and I want to take apart the cage so I can save the tension pulleys. Any guidance you can direct me on will be greatly appereciated. Thanks!

Do NOT use explosives on it.

What size wrench fits on the pulleys?

It's Suntour so could be anything, they did everything differently to every body else lol

Usually trial end error metric
