At a guess a few hundred miles but then i am recovering from cycling injury.

How many miles have the OP done ? then i can tell if i am rubbish or not

Since March last year I have done 4039 miles, it would have been a bit more, but I have not been on the bike for two weeks because of a hurty leg.

I was commuting 15 miles a day for 3 or 4 days a week up till about October last year, plus weekend and evening mileage.
Once it got dark in the mornings, i put my bike away for safetys sake, i commute on foggy, unlit, dark and sometimes narrow roads.
So since October say, ive probably done 200 miles MAXIMUM.

Just getting going again now and will start commuting again...but up till a few days ago, i'd describe myself as a non cycling cyclist.

The weather last year kept mine lower than I'd like. Only about 600 in the 10 months specified.

Now I've injured my knee again, so that'll keep it down for the next few weeks..

More than 20, but not loads. I'm down to just the commute (1.5 miles each way, 4 days a week), and for at least 3 weeks over winter I wasn't doing even that.

I've started walking to work more - ironically, I think it uses more calories, because I have to walk fast in order for it not to take ages, whereas on the bike I tend to pootle along.

Despite the Achillie's tendon being ruptured last summer I reckon I may have done comfortably more then 20 miles in the last 10 months.

You'll be in training soon, so the mileage will soon go up.
