I reckon I have watched at least 2 or 3 per week since I was about 14 and saved up and bought a video for my room.

At that calculation and given the fact some weeks like the winter nights probably more and during the summer less I reckon that's at least roughly 100 films per year and 2500 films in total.

Now granted i've watched many films a few times and doubt I've seen 2500 different films, that's some amount of films and some amount of hours. I don't watch TV though really but still that's about 210 days of my life I've sepnt watching films.

What about you?

Since I've had kids, none all the way through. I either fall asleep half way through a film, or, I'm out voted in what should be watched.

Time for my own skybox I think.

Saturday Night Fever
Bridges of Madison County
It's A Mad MadMadMad etc...World
Carrington
Toy Story
Jumanji
Home Alone
and I saw the Texas Chain Saw Massacre when I was a student.
Zulu (Played the drums in a Pipe band outside the Harrow Granada on opening night - feted to the rafters as the greatest thing since Michael Caine  )
Fantasia when child-ish...(also was going to see Jason and The Argonauts in Acton one Sunday but my cousin smashed me in the mouth with a golf club by mistake and I missed that film...)

Far too many. I need less Hollywood in my life. Except for Ironman 2 - that's a keeper.

Well, since joining LoveFilm in September 2007 I have had 171 films from them.
I have also watched a number on TV that I haven't rented, and many more when I was a lad and went to my mates' houses when it was raining and we couldn't get (or be bothered!) to go outside....

So, errrr.... no idea really.:biggrin:

I've watched the first hour or so of lots of films. As I start work early, I'm generally too tired to stay awake to watch the end of a film that starts at 9pm and doesn't finish until 11pm, so I wind up recording the end part and then next day more often than not I can't be bothered to watch it.

Instead of numbers, why don't you tell us the ones that made an impact on you and why.

far more interesting than willy-waving.

I've only seen 3 films but I've seen them 37,338 times.
