Trying to determine a parasitic draw, but it’s my first time with a multimeter

It’s set to 10A, apparently has a 10mA resolution, and Indont know what the little “20” on the display means?

I am guessing .21A which is 210mA, put the red lead in the other connection and see what it says, I can't make out what it says the max mA is as its under the black connector.

How many milliamperes Max is the right hand socket rated at? The lettering is hidden by the plug.
It’s 200mA (typical of many meters) and unrelated to the OP’s question as the lead isn’t plugged into in.

The meter is reading 210mA. To confirm turn the switch to 200m as that, will reduce measurement range, and you should get OL or similar on screen (you may be lucky and see 210 if the meter can over read slightly).

Somebody suggested plugging into the right socket. If you do, and the current is over the maximum rating, you risk blowing the internal fuse. Unlikely at 210mA, but relevant perhaps?
