...cakes can you eat? Talkin' full size frying pan 28cm ones here not ones the size of beer mats, dressed with a sprinklin of sugar, lemon juice and either some syrup or maple sauce depending whether you like the really sweet taste. How many?

For me, how ever much mixture is in the mixing bowl. I have 40 eggs, a fresh 1.5kg bag of flour and 6 pints of milk .

It's hard and thirsty work. All that tossing can give one a sore wrist arm .

Have got a lot of mincemeat left over from Christmas. Once it is all over and the bowl has run dry and I can't be bothered to make any more mix I generally feel quite fat flat all pancaked out .

i lurve pancakes... usually only get to eat about 6 full size ones though...
could easilly do 18 I think... though i'd feel a bit sick. but that would just be the filling talking. the pancakes themselves would be fine.

I love Pancake day! Always set out to eat loads but they fill you up very quickly. I'll post my total tuesday evening!

MrWC and WCMnr will happily consume each and every pancake I make. They have been known to eat 12 each at a sitting (full-size frying pan ones, not little tiddly excuses for a pancake). They stopped because I ran out of ingredients for pancake batter...
