Zip, nada, zero , rien du tout (dodgy French) etc.

I never quite got the point of it, but I'm delighted if it floats other peoples' boats.

I wish you all very sticky fingers...

I am not a chocolate fan - will eat a little bit if a friend offers me some, but have never (as an adult) bought it for myself.

Depends on the chocolate. A bar of Montezuma's Papua New Guinea can easily last a week as you only need a few squares to get the "hit", Their Dark Milk could go in a few days. I stay away from Cadbury's as you pretty much need the whole bar to get the hit and in the meantime you've eaten heaps of vegetable fat with it.

You filthy beast!

Not a lot and I've weaned myself off wine gums too!

Not a lot, except when setting out for a looonnnng bike ride, when I like scoffing crunchies (so not a lot of chocolate there, either, just the coating around the solid sugar!).

But the main reason that it is not a lot is that I daren't buy it. None of this 'one bar lasts a week' nonsense for me. One bar lasts a day, on a good day.

My name is Spinney and I'm a chocaholic. It has been one week since my last fix...

[ ] - none per hour, maybe [-] per week?

If I never ate chocolate again, I wouldn't miss it. Now homemade flapjack, bread and cheese - that is a completely different story...

There was a story recently on the BBC news website where high-consumers of chocolate were less likely to have condition X than low-consumers of chocolate.
High-consumers were defined as something like 5 standard sized bars per month.

I read this out in the office and we did all laugh. 5 a month? 5 a week might be high consumption (5 a day definitely would be), was our general conclusion.

A Kit Kat every day with my lunch.
Before I met wife # 2 I didn't eat chocolate.
But she is a raving chocoholic and has tried to turn me into one too.

I eat a lot less than I used to....

On Sunday, I got a bag of Minstrels reduced in Sainsburys. I've still got some left. That's how strong I am.

It's quite rare now that I buy a bar of chocolate or some thing like a Mars Bar - mostly it's on something like a long train journey and as much to do with boredom as sweet craving. But I do tend to opt for chocolate theme cereal bars, as opposed to fruity or nutty ones. And my Saturday morning treat is a bowl of cereal that has chocolate curls in it. And at cafe stops, a chocolate cake/traybake is most likely to attract me.

My main weakness in the chocolate respect these days is chocolate milk. Someone said it was good recovery food after a ride, and now I use it to recover every evening, with my dinner.

I love chcolate and eat too much. I've been trying to cut down and haven't ate any since Monday.

None of this bar lasts all week with me. A bar is one serving, no matter how big or what type. Six Kit Kats in multipack are also one serving
