Are you a raging lush that gets plastered every night, do you have a sneaky swig from the bottle under the sink, do you despise the stuff, or do you enjoy the odd pint in the local after 'taking the dog for a walk'

What's your use of alcohol?

I drink a can every 3 or 4 weeks, go out for a couple every 2 months or so, and maybe have a few too many on my skiing holiday.

I do enjoy my wine, but certainly not every night, sometimes a glass with my tea, sometimes, I go completely over the top on a night out

Walk to meet friends in our local every Thursday night- have a bottle of wine every so often with a meal between the two of us.... got a case of French lager and some bottles of red which we bought In Dijon when we picked our son up after his year there...still unfinished in the garage.
Other than that not much... .:'hic

I've never been a fan of beer/ale/spirits but I love a good bottle of white/rose wine.

Going through a bottle of chardonnay now:becool:

I hate being drunk and I hate hangovers even more.

I answered 2 or 3 nights, the truth is probably 4 nights but thats usually two glasses of the red stuff.

I have to say Mrs Addict is the one who keeps bringing home the wine, im just weak!

I used to love a good drink but now that I am older, it doesn't agree with me. I feel really ill after only one glass of wine so I have given it up! I am hoping the ability to drink will return at some point!

Used to drink; enjoyed wine, liked cider on a sunny summer afternoon. When I got type 1 diabetes I found that alcohol completely buggered up my blood sugar levels, so it's easier not to drink at all now. I think that I might have had two pints of beer in the last six years.

Never drunk spirits , have occasional pint of beer (i.e. pint or two a month), probably 2 or 3 glasses of wine a week, and (with living down in the West Country now) glass cider or two a month, so I suppose a very light drinker.

Never smoked or touched drugs, prefer my highs from exercise, music, and what was the other one;)

I used to drink most nights in my yoof but these days I have the odd can sometimes go weeks without alcohol, but 2 or 3 times a year I go out for a binge (about 10 pints) strangely though it never makes me feel like fighting.
